The Strategic Compass (strategic plan) is the overarching document for the Borough Council’s policy framework; setting out our medium term priorities and business plan for 2012/13 and thereafter in line with the Medium Term Financial Strategy. The Strategic Compass sets out our commitment to the community, our customers, our people (staff) and ensures we continue to provide value for money in our service delivery. The document has been drafted alongside the budget for 2012/13 and a number of the other draft strategies currently available for consultation on this portal.
