The Council is currently consulting on the following documents to take the Core Strategy, due to be adopted in June 2010, forward by allocating specific development sites:
- Town Centres Area Action Plan (TCAAP) looking holistically at development in the four town centres of Royal Tunbridge Wells, Southborough, Paddock Wood and Cranbrook
- Allocations Development Plan Document to allocate land for a variety of new development across the rest of the Borough
Initial consultation on these documents took place in April 2009 and this is the second, more detailed stage.
