Town Centres Area Action Plan/Allocations DPD Questionnaire
Initial consultation was carried out last year on the Town Centres Area Plan and Allocations DPDs, seeking comments on the vision and objectives for the Borough’s main centres and rural areas; the town centre boundaries; and the uses appropriate in different locations. We also sought the submission of any sites considered suitable for development/redevelopment. This information has been taken into account to inform this second, more detailed stage of consultation.
We would now like to hear your views on the refined visions, objectives and town centre boundaries and on the specific sites and uses that could be considered. The consultation will run from 14 June to 30 August 2010.
The consultation consists of a questionnaire for each of the main settlements (Royal Tunbridge Wells, Southborough, Paddock Wood, Cranbrook and Hawkhurst), as well as the Villages & Rural Areas.
